Aana Rase (She/They) is a queer, Denver-based audio professional with experience in both music and sound for film.

She has been a musician for over 15 years, starting on the Viola, picking up 5 more instruments throughout that time, and eventually songwriting. They attended Denver School of the Arts for 7 years, with a focus on music, and eventually graduated with Art’s Endorsed Diploma. From there they attended the University of Colorado, Denver for her bachelor’s.

She is now a recent graduate with a Bachelor of Science, in Music. While in school, her major was Recording Arts, focusing on audio post-production and sound for film. In the past four years, she has worked on multiple film and music projects including student films and her own music works. Most recently, they have taken on work at The Spark, a performing arts community, based in Boulder, CO. sound designing and mixing for their most recent productions of Tuck Everlasting, Suessical, She Kills Monsters, and The Addams Family.
